This bundle contains our Bedtime Magnesium Spray in two sizes:

Patch test
Not sure if your child is sensitive to the spray? Apply a small amount to a small area of the foot. Wait 24-48 hours and check for redness, irritation, or itching.
Dosage & absorption
For use & safety, click here. The body only absorbs what it needs and naturally eliminates the rest. Gradually increase the dosage and pay attention to any skin reactions.
At what age can my child use the spray?
From 6 months. For babies under 3 months, we recommend consulting a pediatrician first.
How do I apply the spray?
Spray onto clean, dry skin (feet, legs, or belly) and massage gently. Avoid the face and damaged skin.
How often should I use the spray?
Every evening before bed. If your child benefits from it, you can also use it for a nap.
What if my child experiences a tingling sensation?
A slight tingling sensation is normal and means the magnesium is being absorbed. If it’s uncomfortable, dilute the spray with water or almond oil.
How quickly will I see results?
It varies by child.
Some parents notice a difference after one night, others after a few weeks. Give it some time.
How should I store the spray?
Keep it away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Use the childproof cap if storing it in your child’s room.
How long will one bottle last?
With daily use, about 4-6 months.
