How long does it take to process my order?
We usually process orders within one business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

- Within the Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
- International: 3–7 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping costs before checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries. During checkout, you can check whether your location is included.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if your package has already been shipped, we can no longer make changes.
What should I do if my order is delayed?

What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
That’s frustrating. Please contact us immediately and we will help you find a solution, such as a replacement product or a refund.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
