How do I use the spray?

Spray into your hand and gently massage onto the feet. Start gently and follow the guidance below.

For the first 1 to 2 weeks, start gently with 1 spray per foot. After that, adjust according to age and weight:

The Bedtime Spray is intended for children from 6 months. Follow the directions on the packaging.

What is in it?

Water, magnesium chloride, glycerin and zinc glycinate. With no added fragrance or colourants. See the packaging for the full ingredient declaration.

What can I expect?

A gentle foot massage and a moment of connection can be part of your evening ritual. Every child is different; the spray does not guarantee falling asleep faster or sleeping through the night.
