Shipping
We ensure fast and reliable shipping. Orders are processed within 1 business day. After that, you can expect your package within 1 to 3 business days in the Benelux, and within 3 to 7 business days for international orders.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We process orders within 1 business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link via email.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Belgium and the Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
- International: 3 to 7 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail which you can use to track your package.
What shipping options do you offer?
During checkout, you can choose from standard, expedited, or express shipping. You will see the available options and costs there.
What are the shipping costs?
- Belgium: always free shipping
- Netherlands and Luxembourg: 9.50 euros, free from 69 euros
- France: 12.50 euros, free from 69 euros
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries. You can check your location during checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible. If your package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address.
What do I do if my order is delayed?
Is your order taking longer than expected? Please contact us, and we'll help you track the package.
What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
That's a bummer. Contact us immediately and we'll find a solution, such as a replacement product or a refund.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Do you want to change or cancel your order? Please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped, we can no longer do this.

Can I return an item?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Are you unsure about a product? Feel free to contact us beforehand, and we'll be happy to advise you.
What if I received the wrong item?
Oops. Let us know right away and we will send you the correct item. We will also arrange the return of the incorrect product.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us directly at customer@gentlee.be. We will help you with a replacement product or a refund.
