What's in the Complete Bedtime Ritual?

The complete evening ritual in one set: our Bedtime Magnesium Bath Flakes (8 sachets of 50 g) for the bath and the Bedtime Magnesium Spray (200 ml) for bedtime. Two moments of calm that seamlessly flow into each other.
Who is the Bedtime Ritual for?

For children aged 6 months to 12 years. The Bath Flakes can be used from 3 months, the Spray from 6 months. Both formulas are 100% natural, mild and specially developed for sensitive children's skin.
How do I use it?

The ritual begins in the bath: sprinkle one sachet of Bath Flakes into the warm water and let your child soak for about 15 to 20 minutes. After the bath, finish with the Spray on clean, dry feet, gently massaged in. This way, one moment of calm flows into the next.
Why the Bath Flakes & the Spray together?

Both apply magnesium through the skin, but at different times. The bath with the flakes opens the ritual, the Spray concludes it just before bedtime. Together, they form a simple, repeatable evening ritual that children recognize.
How long does a set last me?

The 200 ml bottle lasts for approximately 4 to 6 months with daily use. The Bath Flakes package contains 8 sachets of 50 g, for 8 bath sessions.
